Immediate Appointment of Director(s), Secretary and Registered Office

In the normal course of company Formation / company Registration we would appoint ourselves as the First Director and First Secretary. We subsequently resign in favour of your choice of Director and Secretary. This procedure is included in our standard fees.

However on occasion it would be advantageous to appoint your choice of officers and/or Registered Office from the date of the company registration (Directors up to 5 max). This would for example speed up the bank account opening process.

The fee for the automatic appointment of your chosen Officer(s) and/or Registered Office is £5 per appointment.
