What is a Registered Office?


The registered office is an official address lodged at Companies House, in England or Wales, or Scotland if you have a Scottish company, where documents relating to the company are sent. Companies House does not allow PO Box addresses to be used as a Registered Office; it must be a fully recognised UK address. If you do not have a suitable address we can provide a registered office facility for an annual fee. Any Government post received will be forwarded onto your address.
